NIXNOX is a project proposed and supported by the English Astronomical Society (SEA) to locate places in Spain where you can enjoy the starry night sky dark. It aims to create a platform that encourages society to look at the night sky and local governments to care.
data collection brightness of the sky background and other relevant information is held in collaboration with associations of amateur astronomers.
